LONDON, UK (Team Geared Up) - Remember those fake tattoos we all put on as kids, you used to get them free in cereal boxes. Someone transferred one onto my forehead when I was 14 during a school break, least to say I was too impressed!

Well this is cool. PaceTat are making tattoo’s for runners with pacing guides on them. Pacing guides are used by runners in marathons and races to help them maintain the speed needed to finish a race within their goal time.

The tattoos won’t get in your way or chafe like the pace bands and home-made solutions. You can glance at your arm and compare your elapsed time with PaceTat to see if you’ll finish within your goal time. I think we should get ones made with ‘Team Geared Up’ logos on them ;-)
