Team Geared Up

DUBLIN, IRELAND (Team Geared Up) The annual Kippure handicap mountain race happens every year at the end of the IMRA Leinster League and we had a suprise winner last night in the form of newcomer Paul O’ Grady, pictured above with race director Paul Mahon. Charlie O’ Connell (M70) of Sportsworld was second over the line followed by Ger Power (F50) of 3ROC orienteering club.

Poor Deirdre Ni Chearbhaill had a fall and hurt her calf and was helped down by Geraldine O’ Shea. Hope the calf is healed Deirdre in time for the trail league which starts next Wednesday in Ballyross.
