Having walked that section of the Inca trail, my guess is the downhill will be extremely tough as the path is made of lots &#038; lots of very slippy small flat stones.</description>

		<description>Hey guys I hope it goes well for you.  You will really enjoy the landscape around you.  John make sure you strap that knee because some of the downhill bits are going to be tough (not to mention the uphill relief).

I am getting a goo for events like that and reading Ashling's post above I have to say I whole heartedly agree.

Best of luck.  Is it a sponsorship thing that the Garmin is sticking out of the jacket John???</description>
