Mud Madness 2008 - So you like to get dirty… |
DUBLIN, IRELAND (Team Geared Up) I’m reading in tonight’s Herald that Ireland now has it’s own version of the Tough Guy! Remember Robin’s post? It’s called Mud Madness and it involves:
The ultimate 4 mile challenge. Involving some of the worst terrain around. Mud and lots of it. Ponds full of the coldest wettest water we could find, marsh and bog you could lose something in. If this wasn’t bad enough we are throwing in a few obstacles of our own design.
It’s being held at Foymore Lodge in Portadown on Sunday March 30th. Anyone entered for this? It’s open to teams and individuals.

Jackie that’s what we thought. I had talked to Paul Wilson from Mud-Madness about some sort of discount from folks doing both events but we never got anything sorted out. He had talked about a discount if you could prove that you had entered the CCAR event.
Hi folks, I’d just like to make it clear that Paul and myself never came to an agreement, so if you enter our race in Baronscourt don’t go badgering him for discount. Sounds like it should be a good race and I know that some of the teams entered in Baronscourt are making a weekend of it by doing both events.
