Aw Mick if only you could’ve done me a favour and made a few of the females go wrong…..(because I wasn’t there!)

Jackie hope you’re feeling better now. Belfast was really tough, and I went out too hard and suffered a little. I’ve no cross country expereince this season and it shows! Glad I went though, Clonliffe girls got Gold Medal in Grade B!

Ah Neal you didn’t make it to the WL race! :( So what exactly goes on at these bouldering meets then?

Ais, how d’ya get on? I guess you did Belfast XC Champs? Carrick was tough! wasn’t one of the ones who got lost and ended uo doing the short course instead! Although, maybe would have been better if I did! Still feeling the pain!

Great race in Glenealy today. People going astray on the course made it interesting. :-)
