I saw this recently too and had it as a post idea for a quiet news day! It's funny hey! Not sure it's in anyway practical i nthe same way a mitt varies in heat from a glove. And if it's designed for the super cold, you just try getting into that before changing/removing layers!!! or putting on a pair of trousers before unzipping! haha!
