Good training day for you though?! You can blame Tony on the rubbish photos. His encouraging words after the first 2 mile run were "are you knackered?". Well done u 2day in Punchestown! Great photos! Was supposed 2 Orienteer 2day but overambitious me tried cycling out 2 Ballinastoe over the mountains & then got 2 cold. Feeling very tired around about Lough Tay the thoughts of changing in2 running gear in the woods, running around for an hour & hopping back on the bike seemed a bit much so instead I changed it into a long cycle & swam when I got back! Raging...should have went MTBing instead! :( Pity that’s a all rounders good race!
