Irish Running this Weekend |

DUBLIN, IRELAND (Team Geared Up) Plenty to get you out of the armchair this weekend, well if you’re around Dublin anyway. Tomorrow it’s the continuation of the Business Houses series with a cross country in the grounds of Balyboden St. Enda’s. The usual format of 2 miles for women, 5 miles for men. Great events, well worth doing.
Sunday sees the start of the Irish Mountain Running’s Winter League with a run up Howth hill. If you register for the year you’ll get one of the new Membership cards which will allow you discounts in lots of outdoorsy outlets and you’ll also get a copy of this year’s calender.
Unfortunately this race clashes with the Dublin Masters Cross Country, which has changed dates a couple of times! Anyway if you’re at any of the above, enjoy!

Hey Jackie and Robin
Didn’t feel up to a mountain race so I did the 2 mile cross country cos it was on just beside where I live. Great race, 2 miles is so short and fast!! You had a good run yourself Jackie! All set for the snow race (something Robin won’t be seeing a lot of for a few months!)?
Thanks Ais! Enjoyed the day out!
Dreading the snow race quite literally at this stage - last time I will ever listen to you when u say it will be great fun!
