I see from the Irish Runner Magazine there’s a new running shop called Runways just opened in Parnell St. Don’t see a website just yet. It’s headed by Shane Connaughton and managed by Kevin English of Clonliffe Harriers and Brian Farrell who won the Rathfarnham 5k.

I must check it out……

Frank - Eoin was telling me about Nuun tablets being good. Have you used them?

No cant say I did… Im using Enervit I got in Runways.
Apparently it has been proved in tests that its better than the famous Endurox R4.
But Enervit & Endurox are more for recovery & Nuun for hydration. So I suppose they could add up well allthough electrolytes are present in all of these products.

Gotta agree with the Runways store being class.Great range of Pearl Izumi gear there.

Bought the Pearl Izumi Floats and they are really comfortable.

I know there is no site for Runways yet but does anyone have the street address please.

I am from Cork but race Triathlons mostly in America due to traveling for work. I frequently use NuuN for hydration. I find it really good. As Frank points out Enervit & Endurox are more for recovery e.g. replace lost protein, carbs, minerals etc.

The Nuun tastes fine and is like Vitamin C disolves easily and takes care of electrolyte replacement.

Parnell St., Dublin is all I know.
