However, this crank system looks great, especially for backcountry expeditions in the winter when sun is hit or miss. I use my solio to power my mp3 player and speakers on the river. Like Robin said, the FM radio is a BIG plus. Still though, I'll stick with my Solio solar charger when I'm in sunnier climates ;) Wish they'd increase it's battery capacity and charging efficiency though - it's been out for over a year now so would like to think there's been some improvements in the technology since then.....
