40h:56m for me to complete the tour. It was the toughest 100 I've done, 8 hours longer than Wasatch last year. Bravo to anyone that complted this monster.

It was 43 and a half hours for me and Tony last year. Tony finished today in 43 hours and 50 minutes so better than last year cos it was 5k longer this year (a long way in the Alps!) and had an extra climb! He's chuffed! :-)

God it's unbelieveably tough!

Adrian Tucker finished this morning at 9:31 local time in 668th position. That's 38 hours 57 minutes! Big Congrats! Tony's still going, reaching Trient this morning at 7:10. I'm thinking he may finish sometime about 3pm?

Marco Olmo (last years winner) has won the UTMB in a time of 21 hours 38 minutes. It's a slightly longer course this year with an extra climb and apparently the heat has been incredible.

I spoke to him this morning and he was finding it very hot. Gary had to pull out because of the heat after about 5 hours. Some of the other Irish are doing great. Adrian Tucker went through La Fouly at 6pm (cut off there is 11:12 tonight) so he's ploughing along.

Tony just went through Grand Col Ferret (98k) at 19:05. The stationed stops are sometimes towns, sometimes refuges, sometimes North Face tents positioned in remote spots. The distance varies. http://live.ultratrailmb.com/pointsMenu.php
