Tony finished today in 43 hours and 50 minutes so better than last year cos it was 5k longer this year (a long way in the Alps!) and had an extra climb! Gary had to pull out because of the heat after about 5 hours. Some of the other Irish are doing great. Adrian Tucker went through La Fouly at 6pm (cut off there is 11:12 tonight) so he's ploughing along. Tony just went through Grand Col Ferret (98k) at 19:05. The stationed stops are sometimes towns, sometimes refuges, sometimes North Face tents positioned in remote spots.
