Two Irish marine rescues this afternoon:

RTE Report:

Gardaí and rescue services are attempting to recover the body of a man found on rocks at the sea below the Cliffs of Moher.

The Doolin Coastal Cliff rescue team along with the Shannon based rescue helicopter are working in the area to recover the body, which was seen on the shoreline shortly before 1pm.

RTE also report:

Gardaí are investigating after the body of a man was washed up on the shore at Silver Strand near Barna in Galway this morning.

The discovery was made just before midday.
