Mountain Biking for Beginners |
DUBLIN, IRELAND (Team Geared Up) So good of MAD to consider us newbies to mountain biking. They’re running some beginners courses specially for us in August. Check here for details, they’re based around South Dublin by the looks of things and will be run on Saturday mornings.
They’ve also, very helpfully, put a very comprehensive list together here of what you’ll need. So all the bases covered, might even give this a go myself….
