DUBLIN, IRELAND (Team Geared Up) Just because it’s Friday and for no other good reason, it’s time for some links to stuff I like:

Runners World has a whole new look to it’s website. I’m a huge fan of this site and the forums (plural?) are brilliant. It’s also where I found my energy bar recipe. Just add chocolate. (Oh and a good tip is to make them in that new fangled rubbery material suitable for an oven if you don’t want to spend hours peeling greaseproof paper off your bars…just saying, like).

I regularly read Multidays for news of Ultras around the world. Catch up on the 3100 mile race(I kid you not) as it heads into day 34. Abichal, the blog owner, runs lots of ultra blogs, you’ll find the links there.

Another favourite of mine is Ultra Runner Eric’s Journey to a Centum blog. He was training for the Western States 100 but is now onto other things…read all about it. Love this blog. :-)
