Winners of Irish Adventure Challenge

Written by aislingc

DUBLIN, IRELAND (Team Geared Up) The Irish Times are reporting that the winners of the Irish Adventure Challenge last Saturday were Barry Minnock and Aaron O’Donoghue. There’s a great photo on page 2 of Barry abseiling off the Hag’s Tooth. Big well done! The pair completed the 55k course in six hours 36 minutes.

It involved canoeing in the Killarney lakes, running over the three highest peaks in ireland and abseiling off the Hag’s Tooth.

Barry is winning everything around him these days, on the hills and roads, including the Connemara Half Marathon and the Wicklow Way Trail.
