DUBLIN IRELAND (Team Geared Up) With the AR World Champs in full swing, Team Nike lead the field on Day 4. Here’s an extract from the latest report from Sleepmonsters:

Despite the lack of immediate pressure from behind while Wilsa/Hellyhansen slept, progress was solid, and once clear of the portages Nike arrived at transition 7 in just over an hour. However, the stage had clearly left these veteran racers physically depleted, and mentally frayed. It seems clear that the uniquely challenging Outrageous Portage Section will leave an indelible impression on many competitors before the week is over.

Oooh sounds tough!

Keep checking the leaderboard for updates on how things are standing. Unfortunately Team IrishAR Ballyfree have had to retire, they must be gutted. I can understand how they must feel but a huge WELL DONE to Moire, Bob, Chris and Paul. Team IrishAR Denny are having a stormer by the looks of things in 15th position! Keep giving it loads Roisin, Ness, Paul and Eoin!
