LONDON, UK (Team Geared Up) - A little late (30 mins of Friday left!), but enjoy!

• I didn’t realise this guy was a Googler, until a post appeared on the official Google Blog today about their experiences at the North Pole Marathon (won by an Irish runner as reported by Aisling!). Video training in Sahara above.
• Animated knots site. It’s a really good resource.
• The Polar Challenge Race sets off today. Our company is sponsoring a competitor.
• Potential new Irish Sailing Blog Bear180. Not much yet.
• Large area of Belfast’s Black Mountain was destroyed in gorse fire.
• Mick’s Mountain - blog about preparing for the Jungfrau Marathon (via Aisling - both Aisling & Eoin are racing at this event too).
• Matt & Mustard @ Ski Greenland are on Day 6, they’re stuck in a storm, and tell us they have nasty socks via sat phone.
