Special Feature: Yeago 3500 Concept Pack |
LONDON (Geared Up Blog) - Industrial designer Taylor Welden wrote to us about featuring his Yeago 3500 concept pack. Aside from being innovative in sustainability by use of new eco-friendly materials and reducing unnecessary waste and energy in the manufacturing process, the pack has many innovations in pack design as well; such as the “1-second” rainfly, dual strap hipbelt to fit several different users and quick removal shoulder straps.
Yeago is a full-featured, rugged and lightweight backpack that helps keep our outdoors around to enjoy; through material selection, manufacturing processes, and product use.
View the Yeago gallery in Taylor’s Portfoilo, the pack is currently on display at the SCAD: Gulfstream Center of Design in Savannah, GA.

Outstanding use of environmentally responsible components; I’d liek to see some hip belt situated zipped snack pockets but hey I am always hungry.
yep - I got a MacPac race pack with the hip zip pockets sent over from NZ. I love it too much.
An even better pack is the Osprey Talon - macpac are ok though!
