No Roaming Charges on Your Cell Phone

Written by admin

LONDON (Geared Up Blog) - We’ll keep this simple. Pat Phealan has launched Roam4Free.ie. Basically his product is a sim card for your phone that eliminates any of the roaming charges we all get ripped off on when abroad.

Roam4free is a prepaid mobile phone service that allows you to use your mobile phone when you are travelling abroad without incurring expensive roaming charges.

This is really good for backbackers. I mean really good! No longer do you need to buy a sim card for every country you go to just to not be charged to answer your phone. Team Geared Up have one ordered ready for testing - we’ll definitely update you with the quality of service, cost effectiveness as soon as we get the opportunity.

Will have to ask you about this on Sunday evening, if I see you..sounds well handy for long distance calls to mobiles where you don’t want to incur a cost to the person recieving the call.
In places like Martinique, for example :P

Roam4free is a useful service. You needn’t worry about buying a sim card for every country you go. Personally, I use this service when I travel abroad and I can say it is rather convenient.
