Well done to the Shannon team - the coastguard helicopter from Shannon has airlifted an injured crewman from a French sailing vessel to hospital in Co Cork. The vessel was 100 miles off the Cork coast.
Meanwhile, the search for a fisherman, who went missing at Tullig Point off Co Clare yesterday is expected to resume at midday tomorrow. This is normally to facilitate a low tide which would be the most beneficial to finding & recovering a body.
