It appears the internet (search riot on flickr.com!) is proving powerful in street journalism on this one. Way better footage than media networks. I wonder, could a possie of net heads collect up every picture of scumbags doing this and crop out the head shots, and put them all on a web page. Just for the craic ;-) name and shame I say…

It could be web 2.0, where you have a little ajax caption underneath and you get to name the person if you recognise them!
