RTE News - Climber airlifted after Cork fall: “A climber who was injured in a fall on a hillside near Castletownbere in Co Cork, was airlifted by coastguard helicopter to Cork University hospital early today.
The local man was injured while climbing with friends on Hungry Hill near the town last night.
Members of the Kerry Mountain Rescue Team and the Castletownbere Coastguard Unit were involved in the operation to bring him down.”
