Steepest side of Everest in March 2006 |
Harrogate Today: “AN ARMY officer, based at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate, hopes to lead the first British team up the steepest side of Everest in March 2006.
Warrant officer Dave Bunting, who has been a mountaineering instructor for nine years, will lead a team made up of 21 members from the British and Territorial Army up the 29,028ft mountain by the West Ridge. “
